One of the advantages of building a bespoke system is the ability to be able to implement enhancements as and when business requirements evolve, or the need to improve business functionality further, or even perhaps where regulations dictate. Here, is a great example of how Empresa has been able to further enhance the FRED system which we have developed with our client Magnus Marine.
The 'Systems Engineering Module’ is a customised ticket and job management system. There are many benefits to this, the key being:
- Tickets and tasks can be assigned to the correct engineer.
- Greater flexibility for employees to share and assign tasks accordingly for more complex jobs.
- The addition of including a work in progress status to assist with prioritising work, log status and completion dates.
We receive continual feedback and work with our client to ensure we are able to provide the most efficient way of implementing additional features and requirements to systems that we develop for them.
