Empresa was engaged by LEES accountants to help improve accessibility to key information held within their accounting system by IRIS (a leading provider of accountancy practise software), our bespoke system allows them to raise alerts of tasks and jobs that need attention or management intervention.
The project involved a large amount of data mining to identify the source of required data within the IRIS system and then the development of a bespoke Intranet for providing required information and alerts to staff and management.
Since the first phase further work has been undertaken including the aggregating of information from their phone system, emails and calendars to feed into a bespoke customer contact history facility, giving a single combined view of the many interactions with their ever growing customer base.
