It is recognised that no single company ought to try and promote themselves as a specialist in all fields, and we have ensured that suitable partnerships have taken place to bring best of breed services, skills and knowledge together in order to achieve the perfect goal for our shared clients.
We have already established partnerships with a number of leading providers in their field enabling us to provide a complete solution to meet a client's need. Partnerships have enabled us to bring in brand, marketing and design specialists, as well as providing technical services into particular sectors by teaming with those sector professionals, supporting leisure and education businesses, organisations and authorities.
Initiatives
Nelson Spirit was launched at the end of 2008 as an initiative to bring together a number of MDs, Chairmen, CEOs of Owner-Managed companies and Entrepreneurs in order to help them to grow themselves, grow their businesses and to add value to local charities. Matthew Brine, Managing Director of Empresa Limited, was invited to take part in this six month programme and as part of this we have been enable to start to work with local charities, both in terms of how they operate as a business but also to utilise our own IT resources and services to help with resolving current IT issues and identify where further IT exploitation could be achieved.
Consultancy
Consultancy is an integral part of the work we do across all of the services we provide and with all of our projects we to spend time to make sure that there is a clear understanding of what the client is trying to achieve and to make sure that a suitable solution is always identified.
There are times where a client is aware of their problem but needs some external input in terms of helping to identify the cause and primarily to define suitable ways of solving them, and this is where we can help, even if the final solution is not developed by us we can still help to make sure the right solution is recommended and a suitable provider has been selected.
We have been working with Norwich Union/Aviva for over 25 years, some of the team at Empresa being former employees within their IT and Investment divisions but for the past 8 years providing an ad-hoc consultancy service utilising the knowledge and experience our company IT and Managing Director Matthew Brine in areas of IT Architecture, Design and Strategy.
